PoolStar™ has been providing swimming pool cleaning services in the Las Vegas area since 2006 — family-owned, certified, and proud of a high standard of customer service.

Our Story

Certified pool professionals, not just pool cleaners

PoolStar™ technicians are certified pool/spa operators, having passed exams and training provided by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Every pool we service is cared for by our published Standards of Service — so you know exactly what to expect, every visit.

When looking for a pool service there are many things to consider. We believe the answer is simple: hire certified people, put the standards in writing, and hold every visit to them.

Our Standards of Service — the full list

These aren't marketing lines. They're the working rules every PoolStar™ technician follows.

All technicians hold Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
A premium cleaning service that leaves pools safe
Quality chemicals are included in our service
We never park in your driveway — always in the street
Gates closed on entering and leaving — your property, respected
Uniformed technicians and clearly marked trucks, every visit
All baskets emptied, including pump and skimmer baskets
Pump always set to run after chemicals are added
Filter tank always reassembled correctly, all warnings & gauges showing
Filter tank cleaning billed twice a year (March & September), with as many cleanings as needed in each period
PoolRX natural mineral technology added yearly — simple, amazing water
Honesty and quality of customer service, taken as a point of pride

Note: due to our 48-week billing procedure, PoolStar™ does not service pools during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, the last week of January, and one week in late February.
